Nicaragua is now the second poorest country in Latin America and the Caribbean.

There are still gains from the "ten years of freedom" when the Sandinistas were first in power and plenty of inspiring organisations and projects giving hope for the future.

NSC and NSCAG (Nicaragua Solidarity Campaign Action Group) are the only national organisations in the UK whose main focus is Nicaragua.

With so little in the media we need to continue providing information and highlighting crucial issues.

You may not be able to participate in NSC events or activities but be able to give money.

NSC does not receive grant or trust funding - or only extremely rarely.
