1. The Company’s name is “NICARAGUA SOLIDARITY CAMPAIGN LIMITED”


2. The Company’s registered office is to be situated in England and Wales


3. The Company’s objects are:-


To relieve poverty in Nicaragua in particular by :

I. advancing the education of the public and raising awareness amongst the public of the nature, causes and effects of poverty in Nicaragua and methods of combating it by the provision of or assistance in the provision of information, publications, seminars and conferences; and

II. providing financial and other humanitarian aid to the poor in Nicaragua
